Hello there.

Saturday night I finished a roll of film. Its a Japanese 200 speed 35mm film. It expired in January 2010. I love old film, I originally purchased it at a 99cent store, for.... 99 cents.

I exposed the film with my photoflex MX-35 toy camera, often times accompanied by my Vivitar auto thyristor 2800 flash.

Cheap film, cheap camera, equals cheap processing.

I originally took my film to a CVS near my home. They only did digital processing. Lame. Took it to a Walgreens katy corner from that CVS. Their machine was down. Lame. I took it to another walgreens still near me. No one ever came to help me at the photo center, and there was a line of people at the register. I just took off. Lame.

I finally take it to wal-mart. I didn't want 1 hour processing because I simply didn't need it that soon. I could wait. I dropped it off on Sunday. I go in today around noon. Turns out my film was on its way up to Oregon (THE STATE!!!). Evidently there is two processing choices over at wal-mart. 1 hour.... and SIX DAYS! They send it to GD Oregon to get processed, then send it back for me to get. How does this make sense on any level?

Enjoy these two pictures I took with my phone.

Vega.

The westside burger. Half pound beef patty, pastrami, bacon, hot link, and a fried egg. Had it about and hour and a half ago.
