The new GM

Little, concise story here. It talks about some new things GM will be trying out. I recently heard a story on NPR about this too. Its been proven that the dealerships are the best way to sell a car, and that it would be hard to replace a physical being giving you information. As well as the vehicle and even establishment that would be servicing your new car.

cobalt

This is a Chevrolet Cobalt coupe. Probably the best car they have right now.

Especially since Saturn is owned by Penske now. But While it was still under GM, they had a pretty good line-up of cars. Saturn is pretty legit in my eyes.

Top Five NEW (2009) American cars/trucks/vans I would buy.

1. Ford Focus coupe. ( Its pretty amazing looking, and the last 4 years Ford has cleaned up their being crappyness.)

2. Saturn Astra. ( In Europe its the Opel Astra. Everyone loves it.)

3. Ford F-150 FX4 ( Its the best looking American truck. I like it a lot actually.)

4. Ford Escape. ( Its a pretty good looking suv. simple, and nice. Not to mention small-ish.)

5. Saturn Vue. ( Pretty good looking, and Saturn dependability.)

I was just having a similar conversation with my parents the other week. I said I like the new Fords better than the new Hondas and Toyotas. Although I don't know about their claim of "Ford quality unmatched by even Honda and Toyota." I wish the would start pumping out some of those diesel engines they've spent so much on developing. That will never happen though. Especially with this administration that's so out of touch with energy.
