Like Remote desktop, just make bigger airline planes have a system where a jet flying behind can log into the cockpit and obtain control of the bigger plane. Then no matter the situation the plane can be flown to a safe place to land. Enough.

Ya, blowing thousands of dollars for the sole purpose of a photo op. Fiscal responsibility my ass.
Not to mention the thousands of New Yorkers scared shitless not having a clue why a damn 747 is flying low over New York being escorted by two F-16 Fighting Falcons.
