They've totally gone and done it.
Sargento, they make pretty good cheese. Today I purchased a new cheese under there "natural blends" name sake. Colby Pepper Jack.
I'm looking forward to some sandwiches with it. Paired with peppered turkey breast, crisp lettuce, yellow mustard, and of course some delicious bread.
Would probably be great on burgers, but I don't think I'll be doing burgers this week.
Sargento also has some other "natural blends" like Cheddar-Mozzarella, and Provolone-Mozzarella.
What makes these "natural blends" that they "naturally" go together? Sure. I don't think it happens it nature or anything. Have they got the cheeses humping? Bi-racial couples in the cheese world? Its about god damn time, its 2011!! This isn't Alabama.
