What a weekend. (4/13 - 4/14)

Went to San Luis Obispo for the weekend. Left Saturday a little late (around 9:30). Started the day with some mimosas, and a tour for Brooke, and her mom of my home.





JohnL decided to take his own car, he didn't feel like going three deep in my single cab ford ranger. W/E

So, got to SLO, parked at the hotel, checked in, then walked downtown. On the way I saw what you would think was a Mitsubishi dealership. They sold Volvos.

Here is Brooke standing next to that gum wall.

Met up with everyone else who was already at a bar drinking. Everybody included, JohnL, Tony, Garret, and Jaime. Here's Tony and I.

Everyone took off to go park at the hotel, drop there crap in the room, then walk back so they wouldn't have to worry about anything else for the rest of our time. In the mean time Brooke and I walked around, and found a god damn creek/river thing. It was awesome.









Ate, and fell asleep during the day while at Firestone grill.





Saw a bunch of other stuff walking around.





















Then lets say the drinking got serious. Also got to The Faint. The show was so so SO good.

Sunday I skated down a hill while others were getting ready. Then we went and ate near the ocean (shell beach).

Toyota may return to F1 under Lexus banner

"Toyota competed in F1 from 2002 through the 2009 season. That final year saw the team return competitive, if inconsistent results, but the larger economic woes in the automotive market made a decision to pull the plug relatively easy at the time."

Further, the emerging Lexus identity as a performance car builder, with a strong background in hybrid vehicles, could help the F1 move resonate with buyers. A few technological factors and formula changes within F1 offer some credence to the Lexus rumor, too. F1 will increase the available capacity of KERS from 60kW to 120kW, a change that theoretically benefits the hybrid-savvy Toyota. What's more, 2014 will see a switch from the current 2.4-liter V8 engines to 1.6-liter turbocharged V6s. A Lexus team that goes racing in 2014 will be on a level playing field with the rest of the grid then, with all teams adjusting to and continuing to develop the new engines. "

That is what's happening below a few posts with that 20 years of Tampa/girl video. Its great, but damn, let me press play, maybe I'm playing music.

The other day there was lighting, I grabbed my camera gear, was taking my mended tripod out of my closet, and busted it beyond repair. I now have no tripod.

Why the fuck did I post that stupid ass bullshit in the post below? Its dumb.

From now until like idk, August is going to suck. A very vital piece of the office I work at is now on bed rest for the rest of her pregnancy (she is due in June I believe). Then I assume she is taking time off after that. I will be filling in, in her spot. Very tough with some of the office staff that is there right now, due to them being absolute idiots. Oh well I guess.

A roommate I've wanted to move is now moving. But now I will have to take care of more in rent. Which is still worth it, but this first month will be tough (she let me know 6 days prior to rent being due, and will not be paying that, which is fine).

ugh
