YES!!!

Guitar part preformed by Steve Stevens. Most notably Billy Idol, and Michael Jackson.

The song was put together by composer Harold Faltermeyer, who was recording keyboard parts for Billy Idol's "Whiplash Smile" album. Harold asked Stevens to play guitar on the track. Stevens was shown a clip of the then untitled movie, and agreed to play on the track because the movie seemed like it would be a smash hit. A guitar track had already been laid on the demo that was given to Stevens. Stevens wanted to record his parts using one track, and avoid any overdubbing.

Stevens used a Hamer SS into an old plexi-front 100 watt Marshall to record his part. He also used a small Boss compressor panel to add more sustain. There is only one guitar track throughout the entire piece, with the exception of the fade.

Ain't gonna hate on ya son.

(been awhile since I've done an intoxicated post).

I wear Lakai. Finally got a new pair, and damn it feels good. Like "ya look at my shoe baby - Lakai."

I still skate in a pair of Adidas. Dennis Busenitz is a bad ass so i'm okay with wearing them until they are dead. I'm about to get a new deck, which means new grip. So they probably gonna be suffer'n.

But, I believe for "out and about" purposes. Gravis may be my go to company. They have some styles that look good, nice color ways. Plus I would still be supporting skateboarders, and a company that supports skateboarder/ing.

Here are some current models.

Multi use bag.

This bag is pretty nice. "the bag is constructed by a highly-durable and weather resistant 3L DIAMOND-R Ripstop Nylon, a hybrid material that combines the best aspects of GORE-TEX. Functionally, the bag has a variety of applications, as a series of straps and buckles transforms the bag to a briefcase and a backpack." -hypebeast

Available here. OH I FORGOT TO MENTION ITS $634.00. What are these idiots thinking.

Daaayyyyyuuumm Rihanna.

Holy fish. (Carp) (I like saying carp instead of crap sometimes) (if there were to be a holy fish, it would be the carp. cause religion is crap)

Thursday, March 3
KAKI KING
Zoe Keating
...$15 (All Ages) doors 7pm / show 8pm
College of Sequoias Theater
915 South Mooney Blvd., Visalia
tickets: www.ticketweb.com

Man, I love Kaki King! This is going to be pretty great. Looks like that Zoe Keating character is pretty rad too. Plays the cello, records and loops, then plays over it. Pretty rad.

Here are some Kaki King videos.

Nice place.

"Good beer."

---"Its bar serves a rotating assortment of about 12 beers on tap ($6 a pint) as well as four-pour tasting flights ($8) and growlers to go. When we visited, Cichowicz himself was dispensing pints of Sixpoint Mad Scientist Series #1 Spelt Wine, among others. For on-site snacking, Good Beer's brew-appropriate food menu includes cheeses ($14), grass-fed hot dogs ($4) and local meats ($14).

For those who want to buy beer to go, nearly 600 different types, all organized by region, are stocked in wall-mounted fridges. Up front, Good Beer features Stateside breweries, with a considerable spread from California."--- "tastingtable.com"

The place just looks amazing.

My two dogs.

I made a ridiculous photo slide show, put to a totally ridiculous song.
