I like all of you who follow this blog. Pretty amazing. I now have all comments coming to my e-mail first for approval. Some crazyies gettin' crazy. So I'll be putting a stop to that.

Also, if my computer breaks, there will be no posts. I hate working at other peoples computers. especially laptops. ehh. I just fixed my computron. Did a system restore for a while back, good as shit now.

"Atomic Cake
From left: U.S. Navy Vice Admiral William H. P. Blandy, his wife, and Rear Admiral Frank J. Lowry cut a cake made in the shape of a mushroom cloud at a reception for Operation Crossroads, November 6, 1946."

The cake was ordered by a member of Admiral Blandy's staff from a bakery in East St. Louis, Illinois. Eugene Kuehn and "a bakery supply salesman named L.Y. Stephens" designed it using "angel food puffs," and arranged for it to be shipped to Washington by car.

It's on LIFE's site now, but this image was actually first published in the Washington Post, on the Society page, where it was led above-the-fold coverage of the reception.

Thrift store find.

Went to the American Veterans thrift store yesterday to find an ugly sweater for a party next month (which I found.)

I also found two bags that I really liked and bought. one is a small messenger style, really really great condition. $3.95

le tote

The other one I found was $2.95. When I first saw it, I liked the way it looked, then I saw the tag inside, and was like whaaaaa. So I got it.

Its a vintage Diane Von Furstenberg carry on. If you google image search "diane von furstenberg carry on" on the third page there is one like mine, but double.

bag 2

This is two pictures of both sides of the tag.

I also could give a shit about the quality of the photos, or post production. I'm in a hurry to push some shit out.

Inspirational photos for the weekend ahead.

Awww poor Pikachu

Pikachu is so cute, I hate to seem suffering or sad.

Dang, this website is pretty good.

I don't know anything about it due to not having an iphone, but I understand whats going on. Its sorta like texts from last night or whatever, except not lame. I always think mis-understandings, or mess up on words is pretty funny.

Photos from Others: 1. Edward Raus.

I've started a new project where I give a friend my camera with my 50mm 1.8 lens and have them take photos. I started with my buddy Eddie. Here are 10 of his 127 captured.

This was the first photo he took. Marcus.

This dude does some pretty badass sculpting of skateboarding.

Two songs I like that starts with WIND.

This Rihanna song is good. And she is looking pretty good in the video. Check 0:01 to 0:15 for the wind.

Also a good song with wind at the beginning. Cradle of Filth - Her ghost in the fog.
Catch the wind alone 0:01 to 0:12, it carries on through the keyboard though.
